CHILDREN'S BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Always taught in a safe and welcoming environment, our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is an excellent confidence builder.
Children will learn effective self defense techniques, particularly when taken to the ground. They will acquire skills to defend themselves and safely stand back up. Our classes foster a supportive community of teammates and training partners who assist one another in improvement and achieving their individual goals.
